Having seen the the paladin enter what looked to be an almost magical cottage on the edge of a thicket. The sweet aroma of freshly baked pie was in the air.
"mmmm, I love pie!"
With a fire hose in my hand I readied to kick down the door of the cottage. At the last moment i caught a glimpse of a most enchanting maiden serving pie and thought better not take the door of the hinges. There were a number of guests already seated enjoying a fresh slice of the baked pie.
I decided that i should make myself more presentable so i removed my helm and straightened my hair and gently rapped on the cottage door. The sound of someone approaching the door caught me off guard and quickly i discarded the fire hose. The door to the cottage gently swung open and there stood the fair maiden with a smile on her face.
"Excuse me m'lady" I stammered shyly looking at the ground. "But i was was wondering if i may have a slice of that delicious pie i could smell from afar.

Under the cloak of darkness, a ninja going by the name of Dingy quietly sneaks into the room. Having spotted the pie he quickly dives back into the shadows and quietly starts to crawl his way towards it. There are numerous people in the room, making it rather difficult to remain unseen. Patience is key as he must wait often for minutes at a time before moving to hide behind the next item in the room. Not everything makes for an ideal hiding place, but sometimes you just need to improvise. Finally he makes his way over to the table that houses the pie. As the smell fills his nostrils, his mouth begins to water. He can already taste the deliciousness and he hasn't even had a bite yet. After giving the room one last look he decides to go for it. After leaping, however....

"SURPRISE!!!" TheAnt leaps out from behind the pie claiming "I got here first! I'm keeping this for Unknown so don't u dare touch it!" Ant throws a few shurikens at the still-stunned ninja, nailing him to the wall. Effortlessly, ant picks up the pie and moves towards the door. Suddenly, the fair maiden twirls out of the air, landing gently on a trail of shimmering sequins. "Now little one, where do u think you're going with that? The party hasn't even started. We've got to keep some for the guests don't u think?" TheAnt: "Ah, of course m'lady, I am but safekeeping this from some daemons and ninjas!" *points at the blushing killa and ninja look-a-like* Scared out of their wits, killa and dingy start muttering incoherently, accusing each other and waving their hands in protest. Wand in hand, the furious maiden sets about punishing the 2 rascals, throwing curses and chanting spells. As the room becomes engulfed in a queer green smoke, the ant makes her victorious exit and proceeds to unknown's house in an unknown land to share the pie~

The orc walked in just in time to see few ants running away from bre's cottage with a huge pie* Yet he knew more pies will be seen in this cottage, since he did bring with him few ingredients to supply bre 's inn! In his back pack, citrus, nectarines, mapple sirup, apples and crannberries ; under his arm, 2 sacs of floor. Then the orc took a seat at the table, and grabed a bottle of wine! Interested to hear the latest gossip going around!

"Welcome everyone!" Bre'Cheye greeted the motley crew with a broad smile on her face. "I'm glad that each of you have found your way to my cottage. There's enough pie for everyone, and cookies as well as various cakes." She eyed TheAnt who was making her way off with a pie she knew was for Unknown. Bre'cheye bent to kneel before TheAnt, peering closely at her. With a soft whisper, the Druid spoke a secret spell that shrunk the pie to "ant" size. She added another line for TheAnt to speak once she would reach her destination, making the tiny pie reappear to it's original size. "After you deliver that," Bre'cheye said as she got back to her feet, "you are more than welcome to come back for more." She quickly placed a plate before each guest, followed by the drink of their own choosing. After everyone had been served, the druid and sometimes news article writer stood back to watch Tripop, Killadaemon, Gawayn, Dingy and Sirinnu as they took on the likes of a bunch of pie eating contest participants. She could only smile and hoped for many more days like this. "When everyone finishes their pies and other desserts, you should find your way to the other room for a game of poker," Bre'Cheye reminded them, indicating a magical room in another part of the Wizards & Warriors castle. Another contest had come and gone, as well as another Honored Warrior election. She was very pleased with the excitement of the contest she had held, and was proud that TheAnt had turned out to be the winner of said contest. Not only was she satisfied with the results and turnout for her contest, which involved those who joined to play a hand of poker, but she was very proud to find out she had once more been voted to be an Honored Warrior for another three months.
Her happiness was a bit bittersweet though, for some of her friends felt it best for them to leave the W&W home and build their own. Two of her closest buddies were leaving, and even though they said they would visit a lot, she knew in her heart that in time... their time here would only be to walk through and not to say "hello" or "how is everyone?" or even "I miss you all."
She sat in the chair in her living room which faced the front door and read the notes sent to her by her clannies. Each one brought a smile and a sense of warmth to her soul. After reading each one twice, she looked through all of them again... searching for two more, just in case she accidentally looked over them. But there were no notes or letters from Dathron or Doomba.
With a heavy heart, she placed the notes from those who had sent them in a box that she tied a ribbon around. She blew out all the lamps then made her way to her ground floor bedroom to turn in.
Now sitting on her bed in the dark with her pet dragon Fade on one side and her magical teddypanda bear on the other. "Well Fade, Teddy... lets hope that the two of you never want to leave here." She slowly fell asleep with the sound of a distant lute in her mind... or was it somewhere else?

He stood in the edge of the trees watching the lights in the house go out one by one until at last, the small house was dark. His eyes closed while thinking in his mind a song to soothe anyone who might be in the house or even in the vicinity. He was searching for someone, but not the one in the house. And yet, he felt that the one in the house could help him find who he sought.

Wandering around the edge of the Wood, Irishman listened to the sounds of friends gathered nearby. Pulling his lute around, he hoped there'd be time for a song or two before the night ended.
Approaching the Cottage, he felt, rather than heard, a presence nearby. Looking warily about, he spotted no one and, shrugging his shoulders good naturedly, he walked up to the door and knocked.

The music that was lacing itself in her dreams felt like a gentle breeze against her face. As the Druid, Dragon and Teddybear panda slept on... if toy teddybearpanda sleep.... each was experiencing different dreams.
In the little dragon's dream, he was dancing with apples who had legs wearing red shiny shoes while the air was filled with beans. As each bean hit the dragon and dancing apples, it popped in the air like it was a floating bubble.
The Druid's dream was far different: TheAnt had been traveling to various lands, persuading others to join her... or rather, she had kidnapped them. TheAnt was now sitting on her golden throne while her 'subjects' worked hard on the sugar castle being built for their Queen. The Druid carefully walked along the wall in an attempt to avoid stepping on any sugarey progress. When at last she stood before TheAnt, The Druid asked, "May I please get out of your prison for one day?" It appeared that TheAnt was pondering the question then she smiled and exclaimed, "NO! Back to your cell! Be off with you!!" So as The Druid retreated along the wall, she fell through an invisible door and slid down a long slide, ending up in a room full of pies and Unknown. "Unknown! Help me escape!!" The Druid pleaded. Unknown was knee deep in every imaginable pie in the world, had pie on his face and hands and in his ears. He nodded to her unheard request then waved her away. Seeing a door on the opposite side, The Druid made her way to it then upon walking through the opening, found herself in the land of Shinra. "Varn!" The Druid tried to scream as she ran toward the buildings that were melting and reforming into silver armor items. Varn had also melted and upon reforming, it appeared the individual was wearing armor while holding a heavy axe. The individual raised the metal visor to reveal his identity as Gawayn. The Druid made her way to him while the buildings surrounding them slowly morphed into piles of books. The Druid looked around at the transformation and when she looked back to the knight, he was gone. A look back at the books and they too were gone, replaced by a line with wet laundry flapping in the wind. The leader was hanging his pink orcan blankets and pink underwear. As the Druid approached the orc, the flapping of the blankets became louder and louder and harder as though someone, somewhere was knocking on wood.
She sat up in bed, fully awake and slightly remembering pink blankets 'knocking' in the wind. She started to lie back down but the knocking had continued. Her pet dragon was still asleep, kicking his feet in a dance movement. She creased her brows at that sight then made her way to the living room where the knocking was coming from.
The hair that had come loose from the long braid from her tossing and turning during her weird dream hung in her eyes as she opened the door. Seeing who stood at her door, she had to wonder if she were still dreaming.
"Irishman? Is that really you?" Her words were puncuated with loud claps of thunder while she stepped to the side for him to enter.

Seeing the door open, he almost fell into the Cottage, because the wind was blowing so hard. Peering into the darkened interior, he started slightly at the familiar voice.
"BreCheye?" he queried. "Is that you in there?" The wind chose that moment to blow him clean into the cottage.

When the wind gave another blustery blast that knocked Irishman into her cottage, she half gasped and half screamed out of surprise and fear that he would be injured. She quickly pushed the door shut against the wind just as the rain started pelting down on the roof. She pulled on Irishman's left arm in an attempt to get him up and off his knees, and answered his question at the same time, "Of course it's me, you silly fella. Now sit yourself down on this couch and let me see if Sirinnu left any of his... um... medicinal drinks here."
She ran into the kitchen and down the stairs that led to the dark cellar with the dirt floor. Feeling along the shelves, she found the bottle of whiskey that she kept for when Sirinnu or others visited and they wanted something more than apple cider. Back up the steps to the kitchen, she grabbed a glass then ran into the living room. She poured a half a glass of the whiskey and held out the glass with her right hand while holding the bottle in her left hand, "Here... drink this. I believe that will help."

Shaking the rain drops out of his cloak before hanging it by the door, he looked up at the sound of a glass clinking against the rim of a bottle. The aroma of well aged whiskey reached his nostrils ven before she offered the glass to him.
Hanging the cloak by the door, he turned and gratefully took the glass from her and sipped it. "Ahh, tha's good, lass. Thank you. Tis fearsome chilled I was from the storm out there," he replied.

When he had drained the glass of its contents, she refilled it then set the bottle aside. She stoked the dying fire in the fireplace then indicated that he should sit on the couch that faced it. She ran to her ground floor bedroom to retrieve a woolen blanket then placed it around his shoulders.
"What brings you out in a storm such as this? I saw the clouds earlier and I knew that it would burst open at any time. Are you okay? You haven't been wounded, have you?"
She stood near the swinging doors that led to the kitchen, watching him and trying to see if there were any visible wounds that she might need to use her minor healing spell on. But not seeing any, she hoped that if he had any wounds that might be hidden, he would let her know before he had lost too much blood.

Unknown walks up to the cottage, hoping there's more pie like the one Ant brought him, while also wondering how she ever found him in his unknown house in the unknown land on the unknown planet in the unknown galaxy.

Before closing the door after Irishman had entered out of the rain, she caught sight of Unknown making his way toward her cottage. "Unknown! Hurry out of the rain!"
Leaving the door open, she ran toward the kitchen to check on the pumpkin pecan pie that was hopefully just about finished. Entering the kitchen, she thanked the gods above for her Druid ability to track... track all sorts of individuals in all sorts of houses and all sorts of planets and all sorts of galaxies.
