I've sent him like 4 pm's because he seems to know people with a lot of junk and I'm tired of getting low bids on the trading post. So I'm trying to get a hold of him so I can just trade directly with the people with 100+m junk.
Btw if you think tithing is wrong....

There is no need. If you are questing in Shang you make enough marks you don't need to sell food, so dump them. If not then happy clicking.
That is the only legitimate case where there would be a need for a 10k button.
The cons of this idea way outweigh the pros, and this is coming from someone who spent the time tithing to level 50."
Isn't he a dc mod too? So if it's okay for him I think it's okay with me. Besides I don't want to get to 50 but 40 would be nice.....
ANYWAYS......... hi.
Anyone know?

i think keeper of the trades might just be someone who is recording trades they see for the purpose or archiving. I dont know that he is an actual trader.
If you are trying to get mass junk, that is not necessarily what we are about here but I could help you track down someone willing to sell / trade large amounts. lately I have been only buying junk and not selling it, trying to decide If i am dumping it all, keeping it, or releasing it to the market.
I dont think anyone is looking for a debate over tithing here, many players have tithed up characters especially alts. fred likes it that the tithing function is eating up hacked junk and getting it out of the game.
I would HIGHLY suggest you tripple think titheing up your main character though. I tithed from around 36 or 37 - 42 and regret doing so.

Icecreamman is warning you because, as you are probably well aware, monsters increase in strength as your level goes up. Sure the levels give you more quests, but you lose out on all the stat gaining that you need to keep alive and keep from getting mezzed.
I suggest that the best way to get rid of junk is to send it to alts and have them cash it in and spend it on tithing. Only send it to alts that you would not use in questing, such as the ones you use for stat gaining.
Personally, I don't use junk except in trading if I receive it. If I get some junk from a trade, then I will be eager to part with later, of course. I'm sure there are a lot of different OPINIONS out there, but the fact is we can disagree and still get along. You are entitled to do as you please, but massive leveling up by titheing is inadvisable even if you don't have a problem with it.

actually, i could care less about strong monsters. im around 2.3k overall stats, and with my suit monsters are not a problem at all.
i was just talking about leveling completely legit for the sake of personal pride, somthing i did for along time and 1 lapse in judgement has permanently added 5 levels to my character.
but yeah, the baddies get tougher too lol.

Yeah I hear ya. I'm okay with it because I dunno I just am. It's hard to believe some of the people ranked in the top 12 for guild that have only been around for 2 years are above sirinnu that has been here for like 10. They got up to the top of the list through tithing and yet they are still super respected. I feel like the extra quests per day that I get from being a higher level would allow me to enjoy the game more. I hope none of you guys have a problem with that because I really love being in this clan. My stats are pretty high, 400 guts/wits. and my skill is around 3.9k I think.
Icecreamman or anyone else willing to help me out could you guys send a pm my way with any info please? I'd really appreciate it.

Keeper of Trades is an unknown entity around these parts. No one really knows who he/she/it is.
