When you are panicked and run away from monsters do you have any chance of getting wits? ive tried a few times and couldn't gain any wits by clicking on the only option running away. just wondering if anyone has gained wits this way, thanks Plagerz

I suppose there would be a small chance to gain wits, but I've never had it happen. You can tell if there's the CHANCE to gain wits, if you're still getting exp from running away. Do you have golden apples that you could use to dispel it?

I'm not shure either... verify it plagerz, , try viding such thing!
I'd guess, if u see message telling, ur traders skills helped you run away, , u can raise wits, , but havent doublechecked this myself

Plagerz, whenever I get Panicked, I always use a golden apple just so that I can run at my own will.. I will try to see if I gain a wit by being forced to run..

Remember that wits are only gained (when running) from aggressive monsters: jags, serpents, plagues, rats, etc.

hehe thanks toki , , thats right, , no matter ur trading skills, , u can gain wits while running away from agressive creature, , (trading skills helps to save quest, not to raise wits, my bad)
yet if u are panicked it means the combat have started, , and ALL creatures turns into agressive mode when combat starts....

But you can be panicked if you don't cure it between fights. Another thing to remember to do: fully heal between quests!

i thought i would be quicker if you did gain wits by running when panicked, haha since its the only option you have fast clicking, thanks for advice went through 30 quest and still no wits so, i guess its not worth it

I wouldn't bet on a no wit gain just through 30 quests. I've gone a whole day or running without a single wit gained, then turned around and gained six wits in 30 quests the next day!
So go about getting Trader skills, so you can better run away, thus upping your potential of gaining a wit!
