Tonight while there, I ran into Dathron and Greywulf. Greywulf was trying on his new look (sig) and Dathron was busy with his new invention: 'ehat,' something to wear on your head while reading your email  Gawayn later dropped by and the conversation turned to scary skinny women, mainly one Kiera Knightly. But it was actually all about the accent. Indeed. RL life summoned the writer way before very much could occure, perhaps tomorrow. |

Where have they all been? The tavern has sat empty, devoid of clients for days. Has the dreaded monster RL snatched them away? Very likely indeed. But rest assured, the Towne Squard Tavern still stands, waiting for any thirsty customer to wander in.

After a short unasked for almost week long "rest," the writer finally made it back to the Towne Square Tavern. She was delighted to see a couple of friendly faces in that of Mugsy and Shepherd. After a handful of cookies enjoyed by all, the writer called it an early night. It seems that the unasked for almost week long "rest" wasn't quite enough.  |

Last night, July 21, was a night that was a reunion amonst sevearl 'old-timers' of the Dragon Court world. Most didn't know who the writer was, two did: one of which greeted her, the other... Bean... was asleep.
It seems promising, the revival of the Towne Square Tavern, lets hope that everyone gives one another with the same amount they would like shown to them.

April 1st. April Fool's Day. Not having any tricks played upon the writer, she decided to head toward the Towne Square Inn to see what all was going on. Upon entering, the first two to be seen were Killadaemon666 and TasBurrfoot. On the table or up for grabs was a 18a 99d 198s Great Targe. No turnips though, so the reporter spent some time filing her nails. Killadaemon666 could be heard screaming in pain from an elbow infliction but calmed down after cookies were offered. The talk did indeed turn to turnips, and the Kender promised to send some to the reporter. Sirruss arrived quietly, followed shortly by Dathron. LeoKnight sauntered in and took a seat at the end of the bar, giving a "hello" as he looked around for a platter of cookies. The short looking Kender took off for parts unknown, leaving the rest to ponder where their shoe laces had gone. Sirruss fell asleep, so a big red bow was tied to his neck. It felt good to be back in the old pub, good to see some old friends and good to see new ones. Perhaps another visit in the near future is in order.

Last night in the TS there was a very lively bunch! Deesloop was there early on, but had to leave, so he missed Sirinnu's chocolate chip cupcakes, flame broiled fish, LeoKnights CapeCod's, Kiras barrel trick and vomitting. Sirinnu, Gawayn, Dathron, LeoKnight, Seraphic, and Kira all had a grand time. It was surely made even better by Sirruss being there!
Hopeully this is something we all can continue to do when dreary ol RL allows.
Thanks for the good time guys!
Just a little overview of the goings on, as we missed seeing the reporter there, but do hope to see her next time.

Yea! I'm glad that this hasn't fallen to the way-side. I do like being in the TS but sometimes my time is limited because of a rambunctious short cowboy in training.

Woah! so many memories in this topic! I cant believe it wasnt used for almost a year!!!! No one ever visit the Town Square anymore or what??? I'd love to read more of such reviews of what happens there Because I dont have much time to visit, dosent mean that I'm not interested by what's hapening by slamanders towneship tavern!!! We need someone to report regularly all the fun I'm sure some people still have around TS!!! *the orc picks another crusty cookie* |
