Q1: Did the man instruct the woman to do something in particular which inadvertently caused the circumstances of her death? Q2: Is there an important false assumption that we are all likely to be making in our analysis of this problem?

lol... ok so the story goes...
The couple was on a boat trip... the boat malfunctioned and started to sink... The couple tried to swim back to shore.. The woman was a weak swimmer and she was almost drowning so she grabbed on to husband's legs.
However, he thought that he was getting entangled in seaweed and kicked her off, which led to her drowning. So he swam back to shore but his wife wasn't with him... He went to ask the old man whether there was seaweed in the sea and upon hearing "no", he realised that it was his wife that he pushed away and so he had caused her death..
Feeling guilt stricken, he went away and hung himself.
The End.
Sorry for a failed giveaway... Too hard I guess.. hehee ;D
