Hmm, seems pretty dead here. Anyway, hope someone can answer my questions. 1, I just joined W&W today, but didn't get any of the clan abilities. Why? It is because i have low rank or do i need to wait until next day? 2, Few days ago, I gain about 30 charm by buying drinks, I didn't lose any quest. How did it happen? Because when i buy drinks now i lose so much quests that is not longer profitable. 3, What guild skill should i get? should i save for itshisu(right spelled?)

Welcome Walala. It really isn't dead here at all normally. I can help you with some of your questions. 1. I just checked your alt and you are in WW. You migh have to wait for reset for the powers to take effect.
2. Buying drinks should not make you lose quests, I just checked and it didn't take any quests away from me. Buying drinks doesn't gain you as much charm as mingling in court does though. I wouldn't waste my money on drinks.
3. Guild skills are a personal preference. I know that other clan members will help me respond to your question. I like to alternate between Trader, Mage and Sage and try to keep an even number of each. BUT don't get them too quickly because you will trash the skill points you have already gained.

It's not dead in here, we just have questions spread out in various places. There's usually someone who hangs around to answer these sorts of questions.
1. When you petition to join W&W it sends a letter to the leader and it takes 1 reset for him to get it. He then grants the petition and it takes 1 reset to get it back to you. If you just petitioned, then it might be another day or two before you can officially join. Also, when you receive the grant in DC mail, you have to highlight it and click the "use" button. Once you use it, you will receive the clan abilities by next reset.
2. When you have a low amount of charm, you will gain charm points very rapidly. Buying drinks always takes up quests until you get to 0, but then you can still continue to buy drinks. My guess is that you used up all your quests and then went to buy drinks.
3. Guild skills are useful, but almost any player will tell you that ieatsu is the worst one. It is the only one that doesn't give a higher potential to gain stats (aside from sage skill, which is useful in preventing mesmerized). I recommend having a balance of the other skills. Just get a small amount of each, and whichever one you like best you can get a few more of that skill. I personally like the Trader skill.

Noob questions!
So I know the rate of rust is like 0.002% or something like that, but the Queen's Blessing prevents any rusting of your gear on your person or in your backpack. So here comes my next question...
Will it prevent junk from rusting too? For example, 1,000,000 marks rusts to 999,980 with my value of 0.002%, but will the Queen's Blessing stop this "rusting"?

Yes Deb, the Queens Blessing will protect everything in your Pack. But it WILL NOT protet what is in your silver storage so don't leave things there when you log out.

Here's another newbie question for you guys: I know you have to buy a pass to enter the castle area, but how do you get into the Queen's court to mingle and raise your rank? Do I buy two passes, one to get past the first guard, and another to get past the one guarding the Queen's court?

You can either defeat both guards or there is a seperate pass for the second guard. It requires a unicorn horn and a few garnets, emeralds, and a ruby. Just go to the Dragon Guard (next to DC mail and clan hall) and select the Queen's Folly Mission. That will tell you the supplies to collect, and once you have 'em then you can make a pendant and get past the 2nd caslte guard. After that, you are safe and in the caslte (rank up, quickly!)
