Yes, I've seen that before. And I thought it was strange too. I was given some bizzare explanation that had to do with the weapon not coming with "bless" or "lucky" naturally and that it was added by the game, like a rare attribute. Well, the more often I see it the more I think it's just a glitch. Because I never see an AC without both Bless and Lucky. It's just the order and the capitalization (or not) of the letters that seem to be random. Just a guess.

back in the day you used to be able to get items without their native stat, like rat tail whips without disease, matchlocks without blast. Technically id consider the weapon with a Capital to be a rare if it was its native stat
