deserving to be recorded here.... I've seen few places in random threads where valuable informations on the game can be find... I'll compile em in this section....

with 1 or 2 wits almost daily, I've gained 75 in the last 6 weeks, , , nothing can make us gain, like 15 wits a day, , only patience & perseverance from daily questing helps.
It took me years () to realy realize simple things as, , if u do 90% of ur quests by only killling monsters , , u'll only win guts, , , Though, wits is more important to me, , so I had to find ways to invest 90% of my quests leading to potential wits gain instead of actions leading to guts gain.... . .
For old characters, mid ones, or new ones, its (roughly) always balanced, , , When at low stat , , u have less chance to succeed in ur actions (guts, wits or charm actions), , but more chances to raise by one (chances to raise by one are 1/stats), , while with higher stats, , ur chances to gain one point drop alot, , but since ur are more succesfull in each actions u can take, u have more often the opportunity to raise by one point a stat when performing an action, ,

The main thing is to not loose ur quests on monsters u dont want to hunt... to quest more those u are really looking for ...
Many ways to save quests, bribing or feeding works, but the easiest way is by running away . . passive or defensive monsters wont chase u so u wont loose a quest, hostiles monsters will chase u for a while , u need 2 traders skills to have a chance to save ur quest from em , and from hostiles creatures , those pursuing u unless un run really fast, u need at least 3 traders skills to save ur quest, ,but u always have a chance to raise wits if u succeed running away fomr these ones....
If u have the traders skills needed (2 for hostiles & 3 for agressives monsters), a calcul is made, based upon ur charm, to determine if u'll save a quest or not ...)
(With low wits u wont succeed as often but , u'll win more +1, ......with high wits, , u suceed in runing away alot, so even if u rarely gain one wits, , u save ur quest more often, thus giving u more chances, and so on....)
Hope all this can make sense, heheh, , If wits is a stat u really want to maximize, do alot of actions leading to wits gain (helping, runing away, using mage skills, etc..)
