I think that the chances of getting a high stat amini club is more difficult compared to other weapons(for example gladius). As in for the past year,I had only gotten 2 beyond 2.0 tier.
Correspondingly,I think that silver amini club is more difficult to raise in tier compared to silver gladius. You dont see 1.5 tier or maybe 1.4 tier silver amini club being found on a regular basis but 140a silver gladiuses are easier to get.I know that sac is rarer than sg but i feel that other than it having a smaller chance of getting obtained, even if I were to find a sac, most of the time the tier range is 0.7 to 1.2 but for sg its maybe 0.7 to 1.4.Does anyone have similar experiences?

If memory serves correct, finding a 1.4 tier of any weapon is the same for all weapons. The catch is, finding a that weapon and I think that is why it seems like it is harder. A SG is easier to find than an SAC. More SG's mean higher chance of finding a higher stat SG.
Another way of putting it, the highest SAC that i have found is a 1.6 and my brother has found a 1.7 before. Best DSJ i've made was 2.5. Now think about the number of SACs i've found versus the number of DSJs i've made.... probably something like 20 to 20k.

yep ches is right all weapons have exact same tier drop rate (!)
u want to know how many amini clubs u need to find before u shud get a 140a one (2.0) tier? Make some dsj, , when u'll have few 160d ones, , , , u'll have a good idea of how many u need to find of anything before u get one 2.0.
it is , , of course, , (and unfortunatly) the same with silvers and crystal weapons, , , usually one need to find many low csb before ending up with one 108d. Exactly the number of low glads u'll find between 2 100a ones )or any other weapons). When someone wonder about tier drops, , I always encourage to try making dsjs , an item easy to manufacture to refere to, because the chances are alwasy the same when it get to otier (of course it is way easier to get ur hands on a dsj rather than on a CJF, , though its always the same odds once u can get one)

Here's the data i collected when i actually kept track of the DSJs i made:
56- 31 ( 3.00%) 64- 81 ( 8.08%) 72- 117 (11.68%) 80- 200 (19.96%) 88- 185 (18.46%) 96- 145 (14.47%) 104- 107 (10.68%) 112- 72 ( 7.19%) 120- 34 ( 3.39%) 128- 13 ( 1.30%) 136- 9 ( 0.898%) 144- 3 ( 0.299%) 152- 2 ( 0.200%) 160- 2 ( 0.200%) 168- 176- 1 ( 0.0998%)
If you know any stats, the distribution resembles a skewed normal curve so you could apply standard statistical methods to find standard deviation and such if you wanted to.

oh ok so it follows a normal distribution, the mean is 80,but what is the variation or standard distribution. And thx for the info ches and sir so at least I can ascertain that statistically the tier drop rate is the same for all weapons, and the only reason i get less may be due to my luck or the system for drop rate is skewed. As stated,I had found 2 ac beyond 2.0 tier but one of them was a 2.7 tier and 2.1 tier.I found more gladiuses(approx 5-10) with the same char above 2.0 tier but highest was 2.3 tier.Is it possible that the game has a system whereby a particular character has better luck at finding something compared to another?

Characters all have the same chance of finding equally good weapons. Higher stats mean u can quest more in higher level areas, and can have greater success in killing monsters, but that's the only thing that makes a big difference aside from the fact that higher levels get more quests...

(level, ages, stats, dosent afect the quality of ur findings (once u can get it thats another reason why dsj making is the easiest item to use to do some tier odds testing, , any charies can make hundreds of dsj, , even at low level, one can get 200d and more dsj) heres my contribution to raffine chesh results (with 1k dsjs too): 56d - 28 = 2.8% 64d - 84 = 8.4 % 72d - 135 = 13.6% 80d - 199 = 19.9% 88d - 180 = 18% 96d - 155 = 15.5% 104d - 102 = 10.2% 112d - 58 = 5.8% 120d - 24 = 3.4% 128d - 18 = 1.8% 136d - 5 = 0.5% 144d - 4 = 0.4% 152d - 5 = 0.5% 160d 168d 176d - 1 = 0.01% 184d 192d - 1 = 0.01% ------------
